We have been training dogs since 1995 and in 2003 became a listed training organization for the popular Kennel Club Puppy Foundation, Bronze, Silver and Gold awards.

The main instructor is Peter Whittaker who is a qualified instructor with The British Association for German Shepherd Dogs.   Peter is also a Member of the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers having qualified with an Advanced Certificate in Organisation and Administration of Instructional and Training Programmes. He also qualified as an Advanced PDTI Instructor and successfully completed the first phase of the Harper Adams / PDTI Canine Training and Behaviour Management Diploma.

Peter is also available to examine all levels of The Kennel Club Good Citizens Dog Scheme. 

Having started in 1981 with Irish Setters he moved onto Border Collies and German Shepherd Dogs.

The school has expanded gradually over the years and is now able to accommodate private training and consultations locally in your own home.

Weekend courses are available for clubs wishing to improve on their training techniques and also for their aspiring instructors. These courses are hosted by the clubs at their own venue and incorporate whatever content is previously discussed and appropriate.
